Real estate provides me with the opportunity to help people fulfill their real estate need. I enjoy the diversity of real estate. It is a dynamic sector with a vast array of property types and an equally vast array of buyers, sellers, investors and tenants. Let's start a conversation today so, together, we may map a successful path to your next real estate transaction.
I was born and raised in France where I was exposed to historical heritage, appreciation for the outdoors, the art of the table and century old structures. I immigrated to the US in the late 80s as a teenager while my family moved to the Caribbean. I completed my French Baccalaureate in Economics at the French International School in Bethesda, MD. Afterwards, I attended Florida Institute of Technology. There, I was on the rowing team and earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. After graduation, I entered the world of finance and investments as a licensed stock broker.
In 2006, I started a sabbatical from my career to raise 4 children. Since, I invested in our community: I've volunteered at my children's schools. I've been the director of the Children Liturgy of the Word at our church. I've coordinated, organized and supported fundraisers for education as well as managed sports team. As a volunteer, I've sharpened my ability to negotiate, understand organizations and people's needs. With this in-depth understanding of needs, I've been able to create action plans, to find opportunities and solutions. These are some of the benefits and qualities I bring to my career in real estate.
Since moving to Louisville in 2015 to be close to family, I started in real estate with NTS Development Co. There, I was exposed to budget preparation, to commercial leasing of office buildings and residential leasing of apartment complexes. In 2017, I switched to the family owned and operated brokerage firm of David Day Real Estate as the assistant to the principal broker and office manager. This change is not just a career path it is also the opportunity to continue a family business and build a legacy in the community. In March of 2018, I earned my Real Estate License to further enhance my ability to service our clients and to broaden the scope of the services I can provide.
